Professional Development
English communication, workplace skills, interview preparation, and agile principles.
Fully Funded Six-Month Pilot Initiative
Only about 25% of STEM students in Nepal and South Asia are women, and even fewer continue into long-term technical careers. This program is designed to help women in Kathmandu bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations.

Participants learn through professional skills development, technical training, direct mentorship, and real project experience with Avinto professionals.
English communication, workplace skills, interview preparation, and agile principles.
Git and GitHub, full-stack development with TypeScript and Python, deployment, testing, and documentation.
Real team projects that help participants build practical experience and a stronger portfolio.
We especially welcome women from underprivileged backgrounds who may not always have had the same access to opportunities, but are motivated to learn and grow in tech.
Some participants may be offered internships or project-based roles at Avinto to further develop their skills and gain professional experience.
The program runs from Avinto Office in Sanepa, Lalitpur, with a travel allowance included for participants.
